Faye Haun

For more than twenty years, Faye Haun has used painting to explore lived experience through both real and surreal imagery. Introspective and thought-provoking, her work examines the emotional and social realities that shape how we move through the world, with a particular interest in women’s experiences, identity, power, and the structures that influence them. Inspired by nature, cities, people, and animals, Haun uses color, movement, and stillness to create work that is both sensory and psychologically charged. Her paintings invite viewers to look beyond what is immediately visible and consider what lies beneath it.
